“The Aromatic” 1 Silver Medal, “The Classic”, 2 Gold Medals, “Riccardo Giusti” 3 Gold Medals. Classified on the basis of the awards, these balsamic vinegars are as good as it gets. “Il Profumato” (The Aromatic), with its lively bouquet, has a strong, decisive personality, and enhances uncooked foods, white meats and shellfish. “Il Classico”, made from the must of selected grapes and aged wine vinegar and matured in casks, is rich in sweet and sour aromas and highly versatile. “Riccardo Giusti” is dense and sweet, made from the slow heating of must from late harvested grapes. Full bodied, smooth and heady, this can be enjoyed on its own. All three products are presented in the original cube-shaped bottle.  

“The perfection of balsamic vinegars of Modena depends on three conditions only: the selection of the grapes, the quality of the containers and the passing of time”. These are the words written in 1863 by Giuseppe Giusti, author of the first documented recipe and heir to the oldest company making Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, established in 1605.
